Hey folks,

I rarely post items that could be deemed controversial or conflict-driven.... but for this one I need to make a rare exception.

As a guy who represents a company online (Kurzweil), I was horrified (yet strangely amused) at the following exchange between a pre-order customer and a rep from a video game controller company. The response to the customer is very, very different from the way I prefer to deal with complaints.
Frankly, I still can't believe it's real!

On a slightly related topic... for anyone who is looking for a video game controller enhancement sort of gadget, I highly recommend Xtendplay.
It's a small company founded by a good buddy of mine, back from my days waiting tables in Boston, Mark Sparling.
He and I both attended Berklee back in the 90s and I believe he still owns his trusty K2000.
I checked out their booth at the PAX show in Boston last year and picked up one of their controller thingies - total gaming mayhem (in a good way!).

Honestly, I can't see anythng wrong with what the one guy said...sounds about right?
