SMPTE Offset in PT (like in Logic) How to set it up like in Logic

Just getting my feet wet with doing video in Pro Tools 9. I was wondering if anyone could point me on how to setup a SMPTE offset like I do in Logic?

For instance, let's say I have a video starting at 0:58:57.00. In Logic, If I want that to show as simply 01.00.00.00, I go to 'Synchronization' window and click on the 'offset' checkbox, and type in whatever I want the display to say.

What are the steps to do the same in Pro Tools 9?
